Professional family looking for a rental home

We are looking for a long term rental house in Motueka from a private owner or an agency as from 25.08.2016.  4 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms with a sleepout would be lovely. We have excellent references, are non-smokers and have no pets. We have always taken great care of our rental homes and are hoping to find a new home soon.
